Latest version Line Magnetic VT-805A (SG Series 2.0) upgraded by SG Live Acoustics. All upgrade was done by SG Live Acoustics. Do note that this is an improve version of previous SG Edition. It is a highly sought-after and rare vintage vacuum tube single-ended integrated amplifier from the Chinese brand Analog Sound by Line Magnetic. It is a highly coveted and exclusive amplifier that blends vintage Western Electric design philosophies with modern engineering to deliver a revered “heavenly tube sound” experience. It uses a pair of 805 tube as output stage and a pair of 805 tube as rectifiers, producing pure class A 20 watts output power per channel.

SOUND QUALITY:

TRANSPARENT AND PLEASING SOUND:

• Designed to operate within the sweet spots of the 805 vacuum tubes’ sonic curves, delivering a transparent and pleasing, natural sound that avoids harshness or sluggishness.

• The 805 tubes strike a perfect balance between the power sound of 845 tubes and the exquisite detail of 211 tubes, providing outstanding transparency and low-frequency grip.
• It uses four 805A output tubes which were originally designed for vocal broadcasting, offering a powerful yet unmatched transparency, details and outstanding grip on low frequencies for audio amplification.
• It employs Western Electric technology in the transformers, wiring, and oil capacitors to achieve outstanding extension at ultra-high and ultra-low frequencies

OTHER VT-805 FEATURES:

• 3 phases of transformers – high voltage, secondary high voltage and low voltage all by separate transformers to minimize any crossing interference
• Consistency between output and rectifying tubes – both by 805 tubes to achieve the best sonic coherent  performance
• Primary and secondary high voltage transformers with Western Electric technology (RET179 and RET211G) to allow the abundancy of stabilized electric current supply to handle any music dynamics
• Western Electric technology backed transformers, wires and oil capacitors are used throughout to provide the best extension at ultra high and low frequencies. If VT-805 is paired to large diameter high efficiency drivers such as those seen in vintage JBL or Klipsch speakers, listeners can almost feel the endless waves of sound energy!
