3 Day Loan Program
Home Trial Process
All the DACs, Streamers and Cables features on this website are available for Home Trial, including our premium DACs, Streamers and Cables, which is priced at $24,000, $13,500 and $17,400.
A specialist will deliver the requested equipment to your location and assist with the setup. During this 1.5 hours session, the specialist will provide his expertise and knowledge regarding how the equipment will complement your existing setup.

- Â DAC/Streamer Service – You can only choose 1 DAC or 1 Streamer to try.
- Cable Service – You can choose maximum of any 3 cable to try.
- DAC/Streamer + Cable Service – You can only choose 1 DAC or 1 Streamer and maximum of any 3 cable to try.
- Double DAC/Streamer Service – You can choose maximum of 2 combinations of either DAC or Streamer to try.
- Double DAC/Streamer + Cable Service –Â You can choose maximum of 2 combinations of either DAC or Streamer and maximum of any 3 cable to try.
- Please select a service and schedule an appointment with us through Whatsapp 9238 3607 (Robert Lai). Should you need to change your appointment, kindly inform us at least one day in advance. We apologies to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any changes on the trial day.
- Upon confirming your appointment, please secure the timeslot by making a payment via PayNow to 9238 3607 (Robert Lai) and we will provide you wth an e-invoice.
- During your session with us, we will be assisting you throughout, connecting the products and offer our expert advice.
- Upon completion of the trial, we will restore your system to its default settings before departing.Â
- If you decide to proceed with a purchase, we’ll send you an e-invoice and replace it with our new stock.
3 Day Loan Program Process
Only Products listed in the 3 Day loan program table above is available.
- A full deposit is required for the 3 Day loan.
- 10% fees if the product is returned within the initial 3 days.
- If the product is returned between 4th to 7th day, a fee of 20% fee of the product’s value will be applied.
- After 7th day, the product will be considered sold, and no returns will be accepted.
- Choose the products you want to loan and schedule an appointment with us via Whatsapp 9238 3607 (Robert Lai).
- You are required to collect the item in person from our store and make a full deposit via PayNow to 9238 3607 (Robert Lai).
- Only for these products if you decide to proceed with a purchase, the fees will be offset.
- Please return with the demo product, and we will exchange it for our new stock. An e-invoice will be send to you.
Home Trial & Loaning Services allow customers to test products in their own systems & environment before making a purchase.
